This page explains how BeddyColor decides which coloring resources and guides are ready to publish, and how we handle errors, rights questions, and child-directed content.

Resource selection
A published resource needs a clear focal subject, printable outlines, and enough open space for a practical activity. A sheet should not be published when it cannot be labeled accurately, prints with a clipped subject, contains confusing detail, or lacks a rights record. Difficulty labels use line density, smallest color area, overlap, and background complexity; they are browsing aids, not assessments of a child.
Original guidance
Parent and teacher guides are prepared by BeddyColor Editorial around usable methods: printer setup, activity structure, observation questions, and complexity selection. We avoid pages made by merely swapping search terms, and we do not present general activity suggestions as medical, psychological, or developmental diagnosis.
Child safety
The site does not require children to register, comment, or publicly upload personal information. Child-facing copy avoids adult themes, dangerous challenges, shaming, and ability rankings. If advertising is enabled, child-directed pages must receive appropriate non-personalized or restricted treatment.
Artwork and rights
Creation, commission, license, or another lawful-use basis should be documented before publication. When we receive a credible copyright or trademark concern, we pause the relevant resource and review it. Rights holders may email [email protected] with the specific URL and a description of the claimed right.
Corrections and updates
Report a mismatched title, broken link, poor print result, or factual error through our contact email. After verification, we correct, unpublish, or clarify the material and update the page date when the change is substantial.
